Brandon Maxwell Official Website accepts returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise with all original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening wear and items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and secure it to your original shipping box.
Package and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hangers are included, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Refund Processing
After our studio inspects the returned merchandise, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days, minus a restocking fee.
