What is your return policy for ready-to-wear collections?

We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items with original tags attached within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that evening wear must have the security tag intact to be eligible for a refund.

How long does shipping take for domestic orders?

Standard shipping typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We also offer expedited shipping options at checkout for those who require their pieces sooner.

Do you offer international shipping?

How can I ensure I am ordering the correct size?

Each product page features a detailed size guide. Our collections generally follow standard US sizing, but if you are between sizes, we recommend contacting our concierge for specific garment measurements.

Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure timely delivery. Therefore, we are unable to modify or cancel orders. However, you may initiate a return once the package arrives.
